Hi, I'm Shoko

I'm a diploma qualified kinesiologist, Reiki practitioner, and massage therapist with extensive experience.

Through my work I have gained the insight to see clearly that our beings need to be treated as a whole. Our mind, body, and spirit altogether. No issue can exist in isolation.

I will share a calm and safe space with you to address the issues you've been carrying, and guide you through the process of understanding what they are and why you are carrying them.

Together we can say thank you and good bye to repeated patterns which no longer serve you, and find a place for growth.

I listen to your inner wisdom and let it guide me when applying techniques appropriate to you. For example, acupoints, rhythm, colors, scents, sounds, and others.
